Apricot salad
A few years ago Apricot Jello started missing from the shelves at Wal Mart, Brookshires, Albertsons, and other grocery stores around my town. I use Apricot Jello to make and continue my family tradition during the holidays. It was a standard on the shelves. But a few years ago I had cousins checking there grocery stores to buy up all they had. But they were coming up empty too. I really started thinking that that family tradition was going to become a fond memory at the table. A friend told me to check eBay. And was surprised to find it there. And blessed to have found it. So now every year I'm become an eBay grocery shopper. Thanks for helping me keep the food tradition alive.
