Well written and easy to understand. Strong, inspiring content.
I bought the book not so much for OCD but for it's broader applications. it has not disappointed. bought it along with Brain Lock by same author. If you are interestednin this topic, Mind vs Brain is an excellent place to start learning. Practical, not just theory.

Lovin’ it!
This book is bomb! Been using it for just 3 weeks, and keeping it simple, three rudiments a week. Getting around my kit gets easier, faster, more balanced every day. Our band has been noticing too. Lovin’ it!
