Air filter does not come oiled

Once you factor in the price of a can of air filter oil you can buy one pre oiled for less. Kind of disappointing. The picture shows a red air filter and you receive a white unoiled one.

Supposed to be the best.....

Well I bought them because they are supposed to be the best... installed them and since my factory springs were worn slap out it gave me about 2.5 inches of extra lift... these things are stiff!. Lots of arch. I made sure all shackle and hanger bolts are nice and loose but didn't help any. I've read online that they will settle over time but holy cow they better settle a ton. I may remove a leaf just to make them bearable.
