Great replacement
The original motor in my awning still worked but the gears were stripped. This motor, which is designed different, fixed my issue. It is also quieter than the original.

Versatile Thermostat
From what I understand this Tstat will work with many different systems. I'm using it for a QuadraFire Pellet stove and it works great. I have a nice thermostat for my main heat and ac but if i didnt i would buy another one of these. This device has an auto feature to where it will kick the heat or air on depending on the temperature automatically so your house is always the same.
