Limit use to twice a week initially
I wasn’t aware when I bought this Retinol cream that you need to take care and only use it twice a week initially to get used to it. I have ended up with Retinol burn. In a week or so my skin should be back to normal; but currently it feels tight, stingy and itchy at the same time. It is though, supposed to be an excellent cream. So take care.

Great book
I have only so far scrolled through this book as I plan to read it once I have finished the one I am now reading. However it appears very interesting and has the information I needed.
