VERY Educational for Hikers
Each year this book comes out with an over view of various mountain climbing mistakes to avoid. A very helpful, interesting book. North America Climbing.

MY BACK ALREADY FEELS BETTER!!
This support belt is even more comfortable than it looks. It is easy to get on and to tighten up to help support my back. It isn't so stiff that I can't bend when wearing it. AND it doesn't get hot underneath the belt because it has plenty of vents. Easy to get on and off. Good strong Velcro.
