Does what it says...almost
3 of 3 found this helpful I've recently changed my diet to include a lot more fibre. This has been great for my overall well being. However, the change has also resulted in me being very gassy. I'd read that activated charcoal could help with this and it certainly has. My only issue with this product is it recommends 1 tablet per day and that hasn't worked for me personally. Following their guide, I took 1 after breakfast but found the wind would return, full force (pardon the pun!) after lunch and dinner. I am now taking 1 tablet after each meal and this is working much more effectively for me. I'd definitely buy these again.

Excellent product, with clear instructions that were easy to follow. I’d previously paid £10 for a phone shop to fit a screen protector and within 2 months it was lifting from the edges. As long as you closely follow the instructions, you’ll have no problems with this quality product. No air bubbles and screen is crystal clear. Would definitely buy again.
