Holmes of the Movies: The Screen Career of Sherlock Holmes by David Davies
    Sep 08, 2016
    Sherlockians will want this!!
Taking steps to uncover early Sherlock Holmes movies is a strength of this author's work. Often overlooked, devotes of Sherlock Holmes will want to have this book to serve as a reference to their Holmes library. Concise with enough information to warrant deeper detective work on the subject of Sherlock in the Movies. I find the discoveries contained a delight in my knowledge of Holmes; perhaps, you will too.

    Can't put it down.
Cliff Yeargin has written a mystery novel that is moved along with a southern soul! The main characters display the lives of those that will be familiar to those born and reared in the deep south. A short but great read. If you enjoy the storytelling of southern folks you will enjoy Rabbit Shine.

    Don Martin at his best
I grew up reading Mad magazine (1960's) and always thought Don Martin was a hoot. I even invested my time as a youngster in learning to draw the cartoon characters of his imagination. This volume set of books is one that I will treasure and share with my grandchildren.
