It works
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this because I was doing a colon cleanse. This product works real well without the cramps. It will make you go the next day if taken before bed. I had no problems with having a bowel movement so if you are constipated I don't know if it will work because I don't have that problem. I took 5 pills and I went almost after every meal the next day and some if the following day. It will make you stool loose but not to where you will have to keep going to the bathroom. Your body will definitely tell you that you have to go. I guess the oxygen make your stomach bubble and that's a sure signs that its working

Good syrup
This is a good syrup to add to any kind of beverage. Even though it is sugar free, it adds sweetness and flavor. I wish it was thicker because it is watery but other than the consistency it is a good flavored syrup.
