  This seller sent me a portal that is not in working condition, despite description stating it was. when I reached out to he/she for a partial refund I was denied. This is bad business. The seller should have tested everything before listing everything as in working condition. As for the characters, I cannot say if they work or not because I do not have a working portal. I would message this seller and ask for proof that the items work if you are going to take a risk with this one.
