Flat Wound Recoil Spring for Kimber Micro 9 Pistols by Galloway Precision

Love My Micro 9 Again!

Bought my Kimber Micro 9 used and from the start I was experiencing FTF’s and failures to return to battery. After research found it to be an early release from Kimber with weak recoil spring. Installed the Galloway Recoil spring and it’s a different pistol! 150 rds of different ammo brands, types and weights ran flawlessly! Perceived recoil is less and muzzle control is much better as well. Shoots like a Kimber is supposed to. Highly recommended.

Doesn't Work With Extended Mags

The magwell is a superior quality product but has some issues. Even though it's a Canik product the extended (22rd) magazines WILL NOT FIT without modification. Standard mags fit fine. The color, though titanium (as is the slide) is a noticeably different color and texture than the other titanium parts on the pistol. Installation was easy and it fits perfectly. I paid over $60 with tax for this and expected it to work with any Canik mag. Though disappointed I'll probably leave it on the pistol and modify my two extended mags.

Bulletproof

Bought this esc because I was going from 8s to 10s and needed a solid HV esc. Installation and programming was seamless as is the case with any Castle Creations product. The 20A bec is great. First flight with default settings showed a power loss at certain throttle settings telling me that the pwm was set incorrectly for my motor. After a quick change with my laptop and Castle Link the settings were perfect and the power system performed flawlessly. It does everything I ask of it every time and at a reasonable price. Can't beat Castle quality.
