A good fit for me - a feel improvement over 7th Gen.
Been looking for a while for something to replace my many Wilson Burn 100S CV frames (spin effect pattern) as they have gotten quite tired. Now that I've had a little time get some play testing done, I feel like I have some feedback.
I wasn't sure I was going to get as much spin with a standard 16x19 pattern but the new 8th Gen eZone 100 doesn't disappoint. On top of that, it's more plush than the 7th gen, though perhaps not as stable and crispy as the 7th was as well. It makes up for these slight misgivings by offering up more touch and control and somehow easier to get through the ball at similar swing & static weights. The control and ease of getting through the ball is quite evident in my serve as both MPH, & spin have increased without a drop in accuracy of placement. Heck - even the twist has come back to me. Yea!!
I'm liking it for sure!
