Perfect for those needing a slower treadmill speed
1 of 1 found this helpful Having had two knee replacements, I can't use the normal treadmills, but still need the exercise. This one is perfect as it starts at 0.5 mph. A nice slow walk, and gives you the option of faster speeds later on. I love it.

Very happy with these lifts.......
I had a knee replacement on my left leg, and that made it longer than the right leg, which could also needs a knee replacement.
What I liked about these lifts, is that they are put together in layers, so that you can get the right height to even yourself out. One layer wasn't quite enough, but two layers was perfect. I would definitely recommend these.
