Perfect for essential oil therapy for sinus problems.
I have had a sinus infection for seven months, and started smelling mold in my nose a few months ago. After researching the subject, I feel sure I have fungus in my sinuses. My alternative therapy protocol includes the use of anti-fungal essential oils, inhaled via steam. I had been boiling water, adding drops of oil, then putting a towel over my head and hovering over the water on the stove. This little machine is so much easier and safer to use. I love it! I would recommend this product to anyone. My only negative comment is that the little tab you push to release the cover can be a little hard to use. It works, but it takes a few tries because you have to push it just in the right place. Otherwise, this machine is perfect!
ps - The amounts of water to be used are given in "ml"s. I had to find a conversion chart, so for your convenience, here is what I found to be the right amounts:
in the internal water reservoir - 5 teaspoons (there is a "fill line" as a guide
in the removable water chamber - 12 teaspoons (there is no ''fill line")
