    I purchased this item September 2nd. Payment was taken from my account immediately. After waiting for 10 days the item still wasn’t delivered to the courier by the seller’s agent although tracking number had been provided. I therefore demanded refund of my money. I was told that I would have to wait until the seller retrieved the package before I could be refunded even though the package had still not reached the courier I feel this was very unfair to me and I don’t want to shop at EBay again.
