Stanley 1050 Garage Door Opener Remote Control

Old Style but Works

Easy to program. These are old style but so is my garage door motor. Still works after all these years and so happy I could find these remotes. When you drop them, they break apart. After so many tapings with duct tape, I had to replace them. Just try not to drop them!

Could it be more complicated????

I only get front and center speakers to play back (and subwoofer). Sound from those are good but unable to get the surround sound to work. Specifically the rear speakers. I have tried just about everything. Was hoping that the new remote I received would clear things up, but alas. I am not entirely sure that this is the fault of the receiver or it is just way to complicated to operate for me. I have had two people helping. All connections are accurate. Mystery. For now, I continue to dig through the 100+ pages of an online manual and implement one fix at a time.
