It is what it is
It arrived quickly, sealed, and in good order. It is exactly what is to be expected, but I expected something else, haha. This is citron, slightly lime tasting, greenish tinged, small diced cubes about 3/16 inch. They are slightly mealy in texture, which I wasn't expecting. I had in mind candied lemon rind, a bit more gummy, to put in muffins. There's are recipes included for a fruitcake and ginger cookies, so I might try to use them up that way.
