I thought it was a different Belkin Keyboard Case. It's a folio, so it doesn't lift the I Pad, like the other. It does not come with a cord or instructions. You really need instructions to work the keyboard and to know if it's charged. There are 3 small strips of magnets on the keyboard case that adhere to the casing of the I Pad, they hold, but the positioning is limited. I don't know how good or bad it is until I find some instructions on charging and using the unit.
