Love Richard Simmons!
I love the Richard Simmons work out videos. This one is great because it makes you remember to tone parts of your body that you may have forgotten about!

Too intense for me!
This series of DVDs is too intense for me. I enjoy the old Sweatin' to the Oldies because they were fun and had great music and lots of involvement. This one seems to be more like a Peleton workout where you are working very fast I cannot keep up with this pace.
