  I placed an order for two chainsaw chains. When I received my order there was one package with a saw chain and the other package was empty. I got in contact with Ron, he couldn’t find the missing chain around his shop so he sent me a box with some other parts I could use. It was enough parts that it equated to a far higher dollar value than the missing chain. Ron is a stand up guy and I’d do business with him again for sure!
