Comfy but fiddly to assemble
So comfy but have the patience of a saint and muscles like a boxer. It’s fiddly and definitely needs two to assemble. Use You Tube instructions

It was like opening the book of spells in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
0 of 1 found this helpful Being new to Atkins, I opened the book a bit half heartedly as I expected to be confused as to what I could eat, when, and how much. Oh no, not this book. This book is amazing! I really had a Harry Potter/Half Blood Prince moment. Comments of how good recipes were, tips and hints, which phase of the diet they're on - there was even an O.W.L in there. I couldn't work out if it actually meant you could only cook this on the 'Ordinary Wizarding Level' or whether it meant 'Oh Wow Lovely'. However, I soon realised it mean 'Ongoing Weight Loss'.
I'm only buying second hand again as this book did all the work for me!
