Necessary
My dog is a diabetic. He has lost some control of his blather. He will have to wear them for the rest of his life. Wish we could get a bulk price.

It broke after we used it once.
It is light duty, doesn't hold much weight, and doesn't roll well. The material ripped after loading a few bath towels in it, doesn't roll on carpet well at all, is shaky when rolling on hardwood.
