i love this movie but thats because i love musicals
this movie is set in the 20's it is filmed in England. all of the cast is made up of teenagers and kids. the movie is what you call a spoof, tommy guns that fire marshmellows kids thowing pies. i say the cast does a great job of carring the movie. one or two actors are B grade. I love the way the movie is set up for props, bicycles for cars kids dressed up as old time gangters with class. i would give this movie a "good" but i have to be nonbias. this movie is worth the money for those who want to have a goos family show.
