Best Over-the-counter Headache Relief
7 of 7 found this helpful I have had migraines, cluster headaches, and tension headaches for most of my life. No OTC medicine works on my headaches as well as Excedrin Migraine. I know that the same list of ingredients is used in other brands, but there is something about Excedrin's process that makes a difference. I tried everything else during the time period that Excedrin was unavailable, but nothing came close without a prescription. Since Excedrin returned, I almost never use my prescription.
