Slays roots...it's the real deal!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was trying to remove an African Sumac tree stump in the desert Southwest clay soil, and having a hard time of it using tools like a normal shovel, prybar, loppers, and a reciprocal saw.
This shovel arrived yesterday...and I achieved more progress in getting the stump out in the first half-hour than I had the 4-5 hours before getting this shovel!
I put a good amount of pressure on the shovel in pulling the stump up, it never once made any stress related sounds, or felt anything less than solid as a rock while I pulled and pried the stump and broke roots to get it loose from the ground.
It does what it says...cuts through roots quickly and easily. The stump is now out of the ground and a replacement tree is now planted....this tool made the job faster, easier, and was worth what I paid for it.
