Won't hold charge

I bought two of these at the same time. One works "OK" at best. The other won't hold a charge. We get less than 30 minutes of talk time and it cuts out. Yes, I tried charging it on a different base, but got the sale result. I can't complain about the price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I have to assume other people have had better luck or there would have been other complaints.
