Replacement power supply for HP
Replaced old power supply which no longer worked with replacement unit. Was easy to remove (4 screws and a few connectors) and replace. Although the original unit was made by a different manufacturer, the replacement unit was an exact match; same part number and specifications. I could not get a replacement from HP so I got a used one from eBay. Worked great and have had no issues since installation. It actually seems to be quieter than the original (probably why the old one died).

Genuine adapter
Worked as it should have; saving a ton on batteries.

Cheaper than a new dryer
Dryer was intermittently working; replaced multiple thermal fuses and heating core with no change. Found information on internet which indicated the culprit was probably the timer. Did a little research, compared part numbers with the existing timer and found the correct replacement (i.e., this review). Was not too difficult to remove and install the replacement timer. No cutting of wires nor having to remove the back of the dryer (again). The replacement unit was new and cheaper than those found at appliance stores. Dryer is almost new again with the replacement timer, thermal fuses, and heating core. A seasoned technician might have pulled out a meter and isolated the initial problem down to the timer, but as a DIY'er, I was able to fix my dryer with the replacement timer and it has been working great (and save a bit of $$$ on a replacement dryer).
