It makes news ... for real.

I spent 40 years at a newspaper, and this 24 hours at an imagined newspaper is as real at it could be. (OK, at our newspaper we never had a shooting, but ...) I liked the office couch scene ... every real newspaper had one, where people took a nap for ... various reasons. And the praying on deadline? Oh, yes, so real ... The deadline scenes brought back old nightmares. And, yes, there was a bottle of booze in most every editor's desk ...
