Showing it's age
OS updates have left these devices hobbled with app choices even though the hardware is still very capable.

Awesome budget chip.
Used this chip to replace my aging Phenom II X4 965, even before turning on XMP and overclocking I noticed a speed difference. Once I overclocked my RAM to 3500mhz and found a stable 4ghz on the CPU it was atleast 50% faster. Now GW2, Rift, ESO, D3, POE and FFXIV are all buttery smooth with settings High or better.

Great value for the money.
2 of 2 found this helpful I wasn't really expecting much for the $25 I paid for he unit but what I got was very pleasing. This unit is great while reading Epub files, a little annoying with PDF's. The E Ink touch screen is very responsive and close to the quality I have on my first edition Nook. The battery life is as well on par with my Nook. I average 10 hours on both. This is a great eReader for the money if your goal is just for reading books. I wouldn't both with much else on it, the CPU is to slow for internet browsing.
