Replacement cap for Arctic Mountain 5 Gallon Bottles
I got this as a replacement for an Arctic Mountain 5 Gallon Bottle. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but it does and works well.

Perfect for Fermented Foods
50Watt works really well for me. I place my sourdough in a 5 quart container inside an old Coleman Cooler with the lamp and a temperature controller. I had a 100 Watt unit and they're too hot. Make sure you buy a heat emitter hat is rated for 110 - 120V if you live in the USA. Like this one.
I had a 75 watt unit that is rated for 220v and it was way too cold. Ohms law calculations show it was only putting out 22 watts of heat at 120V. so it really struggled to stay warm.
