  TERRIBLE SELLER TO DEAL WITH. THE BATTERY CAME IN OPEN BOX WITH MISSING PART. WAS LISTED NEW, BRAND NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED. THIS ITEM WAS QUESTIONABLE AS FAR AS UNUSED. TRIED TO RESOLVE ISSUE WITH SELLER WITH NO LUCK. ALL NEW CANON BATTERIES COME WITH END CAP TO PROTECT CONTACTS, THIS ONE DID NOT.

  I'm not sure why you insist on typing in all caps all the time, but anyways... I sent you clear, detailed photos of the battery BEFORE shipping it to you asking if you still wanted it with the open box. You CONFIRMED that you still wanted it, so I shipped it to you. The battery is unused. Then you try to leverage me into an 80% partial refund because a piece of plastic is missing. You are a scammer and should be ashamed of yourself.
