Jabra Headset
The part that is intended to fit in the ear is not soft and does not readily and reliably remain seated properly. However, the volume is sufficient to overcome small gaps between the speaker and the ear lobe.

It's the real deal...
It charged right up and I've used it extensively since. It's a genuine/original WeedEater product. It kept me from having to throw away a good lawn tool and buying new at a greater cost.

My unit does not work
1 of 1 found this helpful The unit beeps when turned On/Off, but fails to connect with my Bluetooth phone. I own an earlier version of this Jabra headset and it works great. So, I like the brand. I just received a faulty unit.
