Heavy, had nice features, but very slow.
1 of 1 found this helpful Didn't last long, went down, tried to repair, but kept saying cannot repair. Now trying to reinstall using a different method. Not working yet, but I hope it will. Kinda disappointed that I lost all the stuff he had on it, but stuff happens. Don't know what you mean by small form factor?

2 Weeks and no longer works. Screen inop (Black).
If you look at the date I purchased the phone and know that 2 weeks later, the screen on the phone quit working, so I no longer can use this phone. I think even a used phone should at least be good for a month or two. Don't know if I would ever recommend buying a used phone, however, I have purchased phone previously and it lasted quite a while, and in fact is still being used by someone else.
Guess I just got a really bad used phone this time. $69.00 however, is a lot of money when you live on a fixed income.
I don't believe that they sold this to me knowing it had a problem.

Excellet product
The only complaint I have is somehow I ended with 3 of the same item and I only needed 1. I don't know why but its probably no ones fault but mine, evidently I must not have been paying attention.
