Lutein
Puritan Pride has been in business for a long time and I trust that what they produce is legit and sell it at a good price. Lutein on a whole is good for your eyesight and have seen an improvement in taking this supplement and will continue to take Puritan's Lutein as long as the price remains lower than other suppliers.

Best Cookie Book Ever
1 of 1 found this helpful For being gluten free...this is the Best Cookie Book, I have ever tried. Most of the cookies, I have found in other cookbooks, have turned out gritty and with no taste. I recently tried making the Chocolate Chip Cookie 2 recipe from this cookbook and they turned out wonderful. Equal in taste as those made from wheat flour. I like the fact with this author that you don't have to buy a ton of different flours to achieve a great taste. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who has switched over from eating cookies made from wheat flour to Gluten Free. Great taste and no wheat flour to contend with since wheat flour causes inflammation in your body and all wheat unless organic grown contains glyphosate; the pesticide that is found in Round Up. Yes, that is right, folkd, - the government is slowly poisoning you. It has been proven to cause Cancer and wheat also causes cardiovascular problems.
