A great upgrade
2 of 2 found this helpful I finally upgraded from my Grado Prestige Blue1 -- what a difference! Even after just a few hours of break-in, the 2M Blue is revealing so much more detail and depth than my old Grado. It's like rediscovering my collection all over again.

A great starter buggy
0 of 1 found this helpful We have been very happy with this little buggy. It was a birthday gift for my six year old son, so I knew going into it that the car would be abused. Front end impacts are dangerous, having bent the aluminum shock tower and warped a few drive shafts, but an upgrade to Losi CV shafts made a huge improvement over the included dog bones. Highly recommended.

Amazing scope - but with one caution
The 8SE is a fantastic scope, but should never have been designed as a battery-powered device. Do yourself a favor and purchase a 12V/2A AC/DC power supply or one of the battery packs that Celestron offers. When the 8 AA batteries fall below about 11.5V the scope no longer slews correctly and all sorts of bugs develop, which for a newbie makes learning the feature set very challenging.
