  I ordered 11 dinner plates and they arrived quickly and well-packed. Seller used lots of bubble to protect them. One plate had some manufacturing flaws but seller was quick to respond and gave me a partial refund for that plate. I would buy from this seller again.

  shipping-great- packaging great- description-1 section seems to be missing. It's very pretty. Messaged seller 3 times- no response. Major concern was one of the repairs looked like it might not be stable. I decided to take a chance on it. Upon receiving, It's stable, but the missing section really shortens it. I'll figure it out. Communication is key for me. I don't understand sellers not responding. It's 80% of my chances of returning again. My questions and concerns are important to me.

  Beautiful piece - would have appreciated more communication from the seller, but my baby arrived in immaculate condition, and I was right - the base was GREEN, not BLUE! Listing stated "multicolor" and I was so hopeful it was green. Again, I would have dearly appreciated a response regarding the base color of the glass, but I was happy with my purchase
