Missing parts out of the box! Buy from someone else

Missing all hardware!! the clips to hold the dash panel also dash pannel cover plates missing. Clearly states in the instructions that it is supposed to have them parts. Also they state no custom fabrication.. wich is false you have to cut out a lot of the inner dash to fit a double din in my c/k 99 chevy.
