Unreliable

Although the unit produces a bright beam as advertised, it does not produce the beam reliably. Sometimes when pressing the on switch the beam comes out dim even with new batteries.

Adequate adhesive long cure time

Appears to work well as a heat conductor but takes a lot longer (48 hours?) than 24 hours advertised to harden completely.
