Nothing wrong with discount used parts
Way cheaper than new, and it keeps stuff out of the landfill so it is a win.

great OEM alternative
the heat sink was not drilled and tapped for the mounting screws. so i simply used the new resistor with the old heat sink. it fixed the blower speed not working.
