Unfortunately when it arrived and I plugged into my system I quickly discovered that the CD tray would not open properly. I let the seller know that this was an issue and seller immediately refunded the entire amount of the purchase. I was pleased that I did not have to squabble over this! My refund was received and I am super pleased! I recommend this seller strongly!

Disappointing
1 of 1 found this helpful Has to be tightened into the slot with a very nasty knob. Limited range of adjustment. Phone Holder fell off the arm after one week.
