didn't fit but not supplier fault
The product was as advertised and arrived on time.
Whirlpool apparently modified my washer and there is industry wide confusion as to what part is the right one. I had a home warranty, which sent out a tech, I had also taken part to a local appliance store, no one could match it. The part number was linked to the machine, but part was not correct one (very similar but lugs are too big to work) The warranty company couldn't match it either, so they are replacing the washer, also due to a minor water leak...… because it was only a $20.00 part I didn't ask for a refund, more aggravation than it was worth... Once again not the suppliers fault, this is one is on Whirlpool.

it was as advertised
