  Item arrive well packaged. Photos were lacking, accessory items (cables, remote ,power cord) were not shown in photos. I do not believe the include power cord is original. Additionally, after testing the unit i found there is static in the tone controls and the low pass filter does not seem to be working. Overall I am happy with the piece, but it will require work / service to get back to manufacture spec. The seller was very responsive to messages and great to work with. Would recommend.

  Seller canceled my order for an unclear reason, supposedly it was out of stock or damaged. It took a few days to get a notice that my order was canceled with no real explanation. I had other options but now they are gone and I'm left with paying a much higher price or buying a different lower spec computer. Very disappointing.

  I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The unit you ordered was found to be faulty during final testing, and I do not believe in selling defective or unreliable devices. Rather than risk sending you a problematic item, I had to cancel the order. I understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with limited alternatives, but my priority is to ensure that customers only receive equipment in proper working condition.
