Bit of disappointment

Bought this iPad mini so I could use it to have on in the background whilst working from home but the only app I can download is Netflix. No other app works as you have fo have iO12 or later but this iPad mini isn’t compatible with anything over iOs7. Don’t get me wrong the screen quality is good, can’t fault it and had no other issues so far. However, bit of a disappointment not to be able to use it for anything else
