Excellent!!!
I’m new to turning but this seems to be a great gouge especially for the price. I own a few hurricane gouges and I’m not upset with any of em.

Excellent gouge
The gouge was sharp right out of the package. I’m a novice at turning but do hand carve spoons and other utensils and I appreciate sharp equipment. This tool was just fine right out of the pack. I received a couple other Crown gouges with my lathe along with some other no named ones. The crowns are superior in my collection. Decent price if you’re comparing to the high end custom name stuff. I’ll be a crown owner for a while I suppose. Plus British people are cool anyway so why not. Much love for the Crown Tools

Nice rough out gouge.
I’m new to turning but this takes out a bunch of meat at a time. Love the price. The size is great for me
