Very pleased overall

The product was far better than expected. It was in mint condition for a used product. The battery life now is about 4 hours. But I assume that when new it ran about 8-10 hours. Although the i5 processor is good for moderate photography editing, it crashes in some more intense programs. In hindsight I have ordered another Surface with i7 and 16g of memory and will use the i5 as a backup. Nice laptop, but if you do artistic etc work ...get the i7 version.
