Lubricate sliding parts before atemting to erect the chair tp the sitting position
Unfortunatly this chair arrived with a broken leg at the upper pivot joint. Rather than sending it back I carried out a simply repair using a predrilled plate & screws.
I have two of these chairs already & are in perfect order. I transfered the foot suport to one of these charis to avoid any excess pressure on the joint.
The problem with these chairs coming straight to the user is they have not been lubricated along all the sliding sections. A small amount of thin oil cures these problems of stiff joints making the erection from the parking position the sitting position with ease. Hope this is of use to new purchases.
