It's a very good product.

I installed the product myself and I had a problem trying to get the front and rear derailleurs to work properly. So I took it to the bike shop and they tuned it up and the product works like it's suppose to. I didn't like the previous grip shifters and I really like the new Shimano rapid shifters...it took a little time to get accustomed to the new shifters. But now I wouldn't do without them. Good product.
