Alignment Issues

I installed this product on my 2003 Silverado, and although I like the sound of the new muffler I found the that the rest of the exhaust system has issues that will cost you an additional $200 . The flange where it connects to the cat does not but up tight, and with that it causes your exhaust to leak. Also the pipe is not bent correctly over the rear axle and the tail pipes do not line up correctly behind the rear tires. I had to take my truck to a exhaust shop and have them cut and bend the flange to the cat so it would not leak, cut and bend the pipe over the rear axle and do the same with the tail pipes. All of this also had to be welded. In total I paid over $600 dollars for this system. And the muffler shop said they could have put the same system on, but bent the pipe themselves for $450. You may not have this problem on other cars, but I definitely had a issue with mine. Buy at your own risk!!!!

Somewhat dissappointed!

The protector looks nice, but it is much to thin and flimsy and the chrome finish has little air pockets in it. I just hope that the finish does not come off. Not very good quality in my opinion.
