It took longer than I thought to charge . Once charged , I could charge my phone quickly .
I had never used an Anker product before and it took longer than I anticipated , 12 hours , to charge the device . Once it was charged , I was able to charge my nearly - drained cell phone very quickly . Sincerely , Ralph E Waldo , Jr .
