  Buyer purchased then cancelled wanting a refund… so I then have to cancel the sale and refund the buyer and re list with fees at my expense, really EBay c’mon this needs looking into happening far too often.

  The feedback comment is incorrect the transaction was straightforward and the buyer was happy and didn’t request a refund , not sure why these comments were left with the positive feedback given.
